Shipping
At Marley Bars, we want your fudge to arrive just as fresh and delicious as when it left our kitchen. That means careful packing, smart timing, and weather-aware delivery.
Order Processing & Schedule
- Processing Time: Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. During peak times (like holidays), processing may take up to 3 days.
- Shipping Days: We ship Monday–Wednesday to help avoid weekend delays. Orders placed after noon Wednesday will ship the following Monday.
- Holiday & Weather Delays: We may pause shipping during extreme heat or holidays to ensure your fudge stays fresh and safe.
Shipping Methods & Cost
- Flat-rate shipping is $10 to most U.S. addresses.
- Delivery takes 1–4 days depending on your location.
- We work with trusted carriers and choose the fastest available option for your destination.
Warm Weather Shipping
- During warmer months, or when your delivery location is 75°F or higher, we may include cold packs or use insulated packaging.
- If your area can’t be reached with 1-day shipping, we’ll work with you to find the best option.
- A warm-weather surcharge may apply in some cases.
- Occasionally, we may delay shipping by a few days to protect product quality — we’ll always notify you if this happens.
Shipping Addresses
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses that require rerouting may be subject to a $15 correction fee.
- Marley Bars is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or outdated shipping details.
- We currently ship to street addresses within the U.S. only (no P.O. boxes or military addresses at this time).
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. For the most up-to-date info, check directly with the shipping carrier.
Receiving & Storing Your Fudge
- If possible, have someone available to accept the delivery to avoid exposure to heat or cold.
- Store your fudge in a cool, dry place (no need to refrigerate).
- For best flavor, enjoy within 3 weeks of arrival. Fudge can also be frozen for future treats — just let it thaw at room temp before enjoying.
Delays & Limitations
- We are not liable for shipping delays caused by weather, traffic, or carrier issues once the order leaves our facility.
- USPS, FedEx, and UPS may suspend service guarantees, especially during peak seasons.
- We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect shipping addresses or missed delivery windows.
Returns & Refunds
Because our fudge is perishable, we’re unable to accept returns. But we want every customer to be happy with their order.
If there’s a problem with your fudge — whether it arrived damaged, melted, or incorrect — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it sweet again with a replacement or refund.
